For the best experience, the following minimum system requirements are recommended:
Screen Resolution
A screen resolution of at least 800 x 600 is required. However, higher screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 or better will result in dramatically better usability.
To verify (or change) the screen resolution that you're using in Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, or XP, perform the following steps:
- Left click once on the Start button in the lower left corner of your screen.
- Locate the option labeled "Settings" or "Control Panel" and left click it once.
- A new window should appear with several icons. Locate the icon labeled "Display" and left click it twice.
- Within the new Display window that appears, locate the tab at the top of the window labeled "Settings" and left click it once.
- The screen resolution currently in use will be displayed. If you wish to change it, slide the horizontal screen selector slider to the right to increase your screen resolution.
- To close the Display window, or to start using the newly selected screen resolution, left click the "Ok" button once.
Web Browser Support
This system has been developed to take advantage of modern web browser technology. Browsers older than the minimum versions listed below may still work, however some functionality may be impaired.
For the benefit of robust computer security and a better browsing experience, we strongly recommend that all customers use the latest version of one of the web browsers listed above, or another comparable up-to-date web browser. The web browser minimums listed here are very dated by today's browser standards and should not be used, if at all possible.
Web Browser Cookie Support
This system relies on setting web browser cookies in order to maintain your session after logging in. Cookies are small text files, that are completely safe, which are stored on your computer. Support for cookies must be enabled within your web browser. By default, most web browsers do support cookies, unless they've been specifically deactivated. If you find that you are immediately sent back to this system's login page, after having logged in successfully, cookies are likely disabled in your web browser. To check if your web browser is enabled to accept cookies, follow the appropriate set of instructions below.
